As part of The Future Pathways: Advancing Materials Science and Engineering Awareness in Glass and Ceramics, the Olaseinde Kehinde Foundation extended its educational outreach to selected secondary schools in Oyo State, Nigeria. This phase of the program focused on introducing students to the relevance of materials science—particularly glass and ceramics—within modern technology, while providing practical educational support.
Schools Visited in Oyo State
Under the Oyo State component of The Future Pathways program, the Foundation visited the following secondary schools in Ibadan and its surrounding communities:
- Liberty Academy, Odo Ona, Elewe, Ibadan, Oyo State
- ABE Technical, New Garage, Ibadan, Oyo State
- Oke Ibadan Grammar School, Oke-Ibadan, Oyo State
- Lagelu Grammar School, Agugu, Ibadan, Oyo State
These schools were selected to ensure broad community reach and meaningful engagement with students at different academic and technical learning levels.
